Welcome Aboard! Here's What to Expect

Thank you for choosing Birds Eye Graphics, we look forward to partnering with you on your real estate media! Our goal is to provide superior customer service and top-notch real estate media. We strive to be communicative, clear, and straight forward.

We try to return all phone calls, answer all emails, text messages, and DMs by the end of each day. If you have an urgent need, the fastest way to get ahold of us is by text.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, and Saturdays from 9am - 4pm. We reserve Sundays for family time, but exceptions can be made if there are scheduling conflicts. If you need something outside of our standard hours of operation, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask us!

The fastest and easiest way to book a photo shoot with us is to fill out our online booking form. You can choose all the services your need and choose an appointment time that works best for you and your sellers, all without having to wait to hear back from us. You'll receive a confirmation email and we'll reach out to you if there is any additional information we need from you. You can also call, text, or DM us and we can get you setup in no time at all!

Photos are delivered via an online portal. Once the photography is complete and the photos have been edited, you will receive an email and a text message letting you know that your photos are ready for review and a link to view the photos. The photos will watermarked but the watermark will be removed once you pay your invoice. You will then be able to download your photos in Print or MLS sizes as often as you like.
