Photo Rights and Usage: The original agent who paid for service on a specific property has permission to use those images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission. This license does not grant or constitute a transfer of ownership for any intellectual property rights, which are all explicitly held by Birds Eye Graphics. Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market. 

 

Payment: We like our clients to have seen the photos before paying. Our automated system allows viewing of watermarked photos before paying, and automatically removes this watermark as soon as the balance is settled. 

 

Copyright Notice: Birds Eye Graphics, LLC is the copyright holder of any image we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

Late Fees: We allow up to 30 days to pay any invoice without penalty (unless otherwise stated). Unpaid balances that are thirty (30) days past the due date will be considered late. At our discretion, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 15% per invoice that is thirty (30) days past due. We also reserve the right to file suit and/or file a contractor’s lien on the property at which services were rendered for the unpaid amount including any late fees (mechanic’s lien Alabama Code § 35-11-210).
