Thank you for choosing Birds Eye Graphics, we look forward to partnering with you on your real estate media! Our goal is to provide superior customer service and top-notch real estate media. We strive to be communicative, clear, and straight forward.

How do I place an order?

The fastest and easiest way to book a photo shoot with us is to fill out our online booking form. You can choose all the services you need and choose an appointment time that works best for you and your sellers, all without having to wait to hear back from us. You'll receive a confirmation email and we'll reach out to you if there is any additional information we need from you. You can also call, text, or DM us and we can get you set up in no time at all!

What services do you offer?

The main services offered by Birds Eye Graphics are real estate photos, videos, aerial photos/videos, 3D virtual tours, walk-through videos, floor plans, twilight photos, and virtual staging. You can see a complete list and description of these services on our Services page. As part of your photography package, you can add on single property websites which include ready-to-use marketing resources made from the amazing photos and information from your photography package, including: branded & unbranded property websites, printable flyers, and social media tiles, banners, and videos!

What are your hours of operation?

We're available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. We reserve Saturdays for rain dates and Sundays for family time, but if you need something earlier in the morning or later in the evening through our standard hours of operation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

How do I get in touch?

What areas do you service?

Our service area includes Huntsville/Madison County, Madison, and Decatur.  For areas further than 50 miles beyond Downtown Huntsville, there is a travel fee of $2.00/mile for every mile (one-way) outside of that 50 miles radius. If possible, please give us more advance notice for farther away shoots so we can try to coordinate multiple appointments in the same area and be efficient with our driving.

 

How do I prep for the photo shoot?

We build in 5-10 minutes at the beginning of each appointment to help with last-minute prep and making sure the house is photo-ready. We're happy to adjust small things like putting down toilet lids & turning on the lights. However, overall the house will be shot as-is. We have a downloadable photo shoot prep list you can share with your sellers to make sure the property is looking its very best by the time we arrive!

 

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24 hour notice is requested for cancellations. There is no fee for cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment but cancellations less than 24 hours from the appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

​What if I need to reschedule?

We understand that things come up. Please notify us within 24 hours if you will need to cancel/reschedule the shoot. If it's a cloudy/rainy day, there is generally no need to reschedule. We can edit in a blue sky for free, so your exterior photos still look beautiful and cheery (see example).

What are your turnaround times?

Our standard turnaround times are:
 

  • Photos & Drone Photos: next business day

  • Floor plans & 3D Tours: 24-36 hours

  • Video: 48 hours

Listings shot on Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Monday morning.

How do I pay for services and receive my photos?

We will send an invoice with your media delivery, which can be paid with a debit/credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, we can also accept a check at the time of the appointment. Full payment is due before you can download your photos (you will be able to preview them beforehand). Once your invoice has been paid, you will receive a link to your online dashboard where you can download any or all of your photos in print resolution or MLS-sized.

What if I forget to pay? (Late Fees)

We allow up to 30 days to pay any invoice without penalty (unless otherwise stated). Unpaid balances that are thirty (30) days past the due date will be considered late. At our discretion, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 10% per invoice that is thirty (30) days past due. We also reserve the right to file suit and/or file a contractor’s lien on the property at which services were rendered for the unpaid amount including any late fees (mechanic’s lien Alabama Code § 35-11-210).
